At House of Wheels, we aim to deliver your wheels, tyres, and automotive accessories quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Item size and weight (e.g., wheels and tyres are bulky items)
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.


6. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe delivery. These may include:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier services (e.g., StarTrack, Toll, or similar providers)

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • Deliveries may be left in a safe place if Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected
  • If ATL is used, House of Wheels is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery

If you prefer, you may request a signature on delivery.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Provide photos (for damaged items) and your order details

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or address changes

10. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to size or warehouse availability. You will be notified if this occurs.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Public holidays
