Privacy Policy – House of Wheels

At House of Wheels (“we,” “our,” “us”), we value your privacy. • Payment Information – Processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal or other gateways. We do not store full credit card details; instead, we rely on encrypted payment processors to maintain PCI‑DSS compliance.

  • Device & Usage Data – IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies and analytics information. These details help us optimise website performance and enhance your user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Process and fulfil orders for wheels, tyres and vehicle accessories.

  • Communicate order updates or customer support responses.

  • Provide personalised product recommendations (e.g., tyre sizes or wheel offsets).

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information.

  • Correct inaccuracies in your data.

  • Request deletion of your account or personal data.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for:

  • Fulfilling orders and providing customer service.

  • Legal obligations (e.g., accounting, taxes).

  • Handling warranty or return enquiries.

9. Changes to This Policy
