Limited Warranty

At House of Wheels, we are committed to providing high-quality wheels, tyres, and automotive accessories. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items are unused, unmounted, and in original condition
  • Items are returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Important:

  • A restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

What to do:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

We will arrange:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund (including shipping), or
  • A repair where appropriate

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return (unless faulty):

  • Used, mounted, or installed wheels/tyres
  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges where:

  • The item is unused and meets return conditions
  • Stock is available

If the replacement item has a price difference:

  • You will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
